Diversitech DP1

The DP-1 Nitrogen purge tools a quick and easy way to purge copper pipes with nitrogen. Then, with a turn of the dial, quickly switch to a very low flow of nitrogen to properly braze the copper. It has a durable aluminum design so you can just throw it into your tool bag when you are done. Inlet pressure of 50 PSI and max pressure of 200 PSI. The tool includes 1/4 in. male SAE ­flare outlet, 1/4 in. swivel female SAE ­flare inlet with a thread size of 7/16 – 20 and a rated purge flow 25-35 scfh (standard cubic feet per hour). • Purge flows rate of 25 to 35 scfh, 19 to 23 lpm (0.03 dia orifice) at 50 psig regulator pressure
• Braze flows rate 3 to 6 scfh, 2 to 3 lpm (0.01 dia orifice) at 50 psig regulator pressure
• 50 psig inlet pressure for proper flows rates
• The purge valve is not a regulator and therefore the output pressure will equal the input pressure when the outlets is blocked
• It is not intended to be used with the outlets blocked
• The user should not weld a completely closed look as the pressure will build
• We recommend removing the Schrader valve and letting it vent
• 7/16 to 20 in thread size
