The 80 cfm Dual Speed Energy Star® Certified Motion Sensing ventilation fan provides automatic ventilation when the room is occupied. The integrated motion sensor detect when the room is occupied and turns the fan to the high speed for additional ventilation. Once the room is vacated/the fan continues to run for a preset amount of time to make sure proper ventilation has occurred/then returns to the low speed for continuous operation. The Motion Sensing ventilation fan operates at a barely audible sound level/is cost effective and energy efficient. The series features a low profile grill that almost disappears into the ceiling and a motor with a large/quiet/centrifugal blower wheel that assures proper ventilation with almost no sound.
