Our spiral pipe is formed from continuous coils of metal, using a 4 ply lockseam, with the strength for use on low, medium and high velocity air systems of either positive or negative pressure. Hercules can manufacture spiral pipe from galvanized steel, paintlock, aluminum, and PVC coated galvanized with sizes ranging from 3" to 66".
Our Commercial Division is now manufacturing STAINLESS STEEL spiral pipe from 4" up to 24". It is available on a custom order only basis, so please call 303-388-8999 for more information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the numerous combinations of sizes and gauges, Hercules must limit the stock availability of its spiral pipe to standard SMACNA gauges in galvanized from 3" to 14" in 26 gauge, and 16" to 26" in 24 gauge. The remainder of listed sizes are available on a "special order" basis, with lead times varying with current demand.
